I think they must already have approvals, otherwise the court ordered meeting wouldn’t be happening. Greens are too busy huffing and puffing over rent freezes to worry about one little takeover. Kind of think it’s a done deal although we need to wait and see at the meeting. As I said elsewhere, all the people buying at 12 and 12.5 over the last few months are probably going to vote yes, as they want their profit.
