No not sad at all Woody.
I wish people would stop guesstimating about me and just focus on company issues!
And the MOM team actually indicated the valuation was close to fair, and presumed that the whole bruhaha here might not exist if the expert had called fair and reasonable.
I think they are wrong in this because;
I believe the ‘inside information’ shared by @Hawk70 back on June 3 ; [ ref ] is correct.
“…There are factions forming in the top 20, and have been for some time.
Interesting agendas at play.”
So that insight, added to the fact ~17% of shareholders indicated ‘no’ in the SOA booklet, before sighting the expert opinion - gives a pretty compelling case to argue that - no matter what the expert had opined - there would be dissension.
As to RCF making a mistake with vanadium, maybe it has or maybe not.
And I agree that line about potentially expanding further via other opportunities was very interestimg.
The nearby Barrambie vanadium project came to mind given its proximity, Graham Arvidson’s knowledge of that project via Primero, and the rather dire financial position of the owner,
cheers
