Yes Lewis and this is explained by the fact that - as with Standard Pastoral (Matt Walker) on the’no’ side - they are qualified to vote early under some ASIC rule (R25?)

Travis explains this regulation pretty clearly in the video, along with the reasons that - apart from Pastoral, RCF, Regal etc - no opinions so far given are binding.
