When this ann dropped today at 2.15pm, I couldn't believe what I was reading. Having followed TMT for a couple of years, my head was left spinning from the BS I was seeing in this document, and the agressive overtones. No way forward for Yarrabubba because its landlocked and because it isn't in the current EPA application ? What on earth has the "integration study" they have been working on for the past 2 years been about ? To top it off, there are multiple ugly threats to shareholders running through this document, should they vote against it. Fat fees everywhere, out of the blue, and no transparency whatsoever, shareholders never consulted about any of this. It's now clear to me that TMT BOD and management have gone completely rogue, they have become a law unto themselves. If I still had any shares in TMT, I'd be voting NO. Surely too its time to request an extraordinary shareholders meeting to discuss this takeover ? I'd say many holders would today have completely lost confidence in the TMT board. I'd be voting them out, they deserve it. I'll certainly watch out for those names going forward if they take up positions on other boards, make sure I avoid those companies as investments.

    All IMHO, DYOR
