Not going to happen. Any moron who did proper due diligence would have known years ago the southern tenement is not economically viable in the current form. AVL don't need the other little hole you hold to continue on their own. They are throwing you a lifeline which you are too pigheaded to realise. It's not avl's fault you paid too much for your holding. Imo.
