So the independent review actually says it's not fair but basically there's no other option so it's reasonable.
It goes on to show 12 AVL shares is not worth it.
If AVL want TMT then pay for it, I do not want AVL shares. If AVL wants to offer 32.5 cents per TMT share then make the offer but offering AVL shares will almost always be a no from me.
The pages I have read so far are written in a way as a warning to TMT holders that if you vote no then we are screwed. Where was this talk in the last 12 months? Why haven't they been honest? Have they been withholding important information which is now rearing its head and will cause us to lose money?
They also say the ERD hasn't been accepted up to the date this was prepared. However we can see from the website that things are happening.
