Hi Lewis …. My largest investment is with this company not AVL but I think the important point is that the merger proposal takes away a huge amount of risk for both companies.
That’s obviously the reason RCF is backing it.
And what’s the point of putting ‘what if’s’ into this picture?
What if AVL had an exclusive contract with the state energy provider to roll out vanadium batteries all over WA?
What if those big seed investors here, whose average is 2c a share or whatever and who are trying to block the deal, are not trying to winch a few more (meaningless to them) shares out of the merger, but have a plan to drop the price down to that 5c gap Troy mentioned and then take TMT private?
what if ?
I don’t know how I would feel in a different situation and that doesn’t matter.
