    Dbd that’s a bizarre post ….
That cash we’ve got is mostly directly from RCF, Tribeca and Regal!
They supported TMT to give it credibility .
Now you’re putting out that they want it back and that’s the reason they support the merger?
    bah.
And who is so foolish or unscrupulous as to endorse that post?

    And your real point ?
Trying to deflect from that theory I threw out that the current weight of the ‘no’ vote (as per the scheme booklet) is from big shareholders with a zilch average share price?
Obviously the ratio of 10 AVL shares for one TMT is as meaningless in the scheme of things to them as 12, 14 or 20 shares -especially as they’ve got squillions of other interests?
(Based on Matthew walker and Dr Morsi research).
So what is the real game play there?

They are looking after the ‘sheep’ who paid more than 30c a share?
    Just like you are?
Trying to get a better deal?

    No.
Some might believe there’s no game being played here other than arguing a difference of two AVL shares but I reckon Hawkie had it right when he talked about those interesting dynamics behind the scenes that he’d heard about since early this year.

When exactly did you sell out btw dbd?
And what do you see as your current role?

    cheers
