THAT IS WRONG. If you don't vote you don't count.

As it happens I favour the merger. But if you do not support the deal and you want your opinion to matter then you have to vote. Of course, I want more of you to vote in favour of the deal than against it but I don't want to get what I want because people did not understand the process.
