Also on the other side of that instead of Reds SP dropping if SLRs SP rose to fair value something like $2 and Reds SP stayed at around .4 then asking for something like 1/5 would literally be fair value. I would find it hard pressed to believe that Red would be able to make any objection to a 1/5 offer if those where were the SPs were at. I mean personally I don't know what the instos are thinking or how the algos were set, but it's honestly up to them, whether they're happy to accept 1/3.43 or not, again this is still a theory just putting out scenarios of what could happen not saying they will or are happening.
