Based on the experts own valuation metrics, SLR net present value is significantly higher then that of RED, that's in the paper. Yet the conclusion deems the scheme fair and reasonable....I'm not surprised. The requirement for independent experts is not to assert the fairness of the proposal but simply to provide cover for the boards own recommendation to the extent that no fiduciary duty has been breached. Prior to the report, several valuations were made by "unqualified, uniformed" random posters on this forum (myself included) illustrating the discrepancy in suggest valuations and were shot down, yet there it is. Conducted by experts. That fact the RED holders are trolling the SLR thread and not addressing the stated valuations is very telling.
