Not sure if they can be independent if they are paid. But i agree that there is nothing for retail s/h or the poor suckers(moi) who took up the IPO.
It is very odd that URB own NTA report for Sept. is $1.18/$1.19 as you repeat in the ASX ann.
but thats I suppose is just accounting tricks.
