nhc are only wanting the nsw gas for zero and for the shareholders of dte we all should vote no to this once again dirty deal where these directors make deals for themselves,we need a new bidder in the market but with dogs that set up these deals they have already got the numbers with there greasy handshakes what hope have the retail investors have with these type of directors and the asx is ripe with them at present so asx tighten your govennance to stop this rorting

vote no to this deal but voted to keep the old board but look what happened there, and why a company which has 16% or less of vote able to do these dirty deal it sure beats the hell out of me but I forgot the gain in the directors back pockets at the exspence of the mums and dads investors
