"Igas are offering scrip , not cash so no problem"
Green Park Energy accepted a scrip offer for their UK shale interests.
At the time of the transaction the scrip was valued at A$0.40.
When Dart sank all the way to 3.5c GPE didn't think that was no problem.
This lead to them getting into bed with New Hope shysters and the takeover we are now looking at.
I wouldn't say that a scrip offer is no problem.
Igas SP has a serious problem and looks like Dart did for a long time.
It just can't go up. It only goes lower.
The stock is traded very thinly and as such it is easily influenced in the direction of down.
Lots of Aust Dart shareholders would be selling if/when the takeover goes ahead.
This would only cause the IGAS SP to tank even more.
No problem ??? I don't think so.
