Great cash burn if it doesn't get voted in. This is beyond a dud stock now.
If the tech works we could be on the afghanistan stock exchange it wont bloody matter.
This is a GIANT waste of time and money and if they were gonna do it, should have just moved to the NASDAQ in the first place instead of duel listing.

What potential do you see if it continues to be listed on ASX?

If they decide to move to US only, and the current shareholders are given shares of the US stock would one need to file US taxes? (I would hate it and get out for that reason alone)
