It appears omho and understanding, reading page 82 +in the booklet Vod and Hta left over debts are put into another Co and get paid by dividends from merge co Tpm so i would think again omho hta share holders will receive dividends, so S/P could be much much higher, i could be wrong, a announcement from HTA will sort this out,, dyor welcome to the stock market,))
