I believe it is covered off in a couple of places in the Scheme booklet - see link above...
In specific, see page 5 of the booklet, “Letter from the President and Chief Executive Officer of Piedmont Lithium Limited” - it’s explained in brief here in the second bullet point from the top of the page.
