Hi, done deal so long as buyer doesn't baulk. The seller was apparently looking to sell when these guys became known. Risk is if buyer walks and pays what is a low break fee of about $1 mil from memory. Selling now depends on what you paid. 2c for me for another 8 weeks is worth doing as I'm in at a pretty full price but if you owned these much lower and have a better opportunity the 2c may not excite you too much and another will take them off your hands I'm sure, but the closer to job done the more others will pay.
