One more twist. Boardroom Ltd are now contacting everyone that submitted a redemption request saying that
"We have received your withdrawal form. Before we may process it however we require a scanned copy of government issued ID. This can be in the form of a passport or drivers license. Could you please scan the required documents and send it through as a response to this email at your earliest convenience? Please be advised that these must be received by close of business tomorrow (5:00pm 9/04/2021), otherwise the redemption will be processed within the next cycle."
Doesn't seem to matter that this would have been submitted in the KYC process. Just another chance for the redemption request to fail so that JB gets to charge some further fees and hang on to the money for one more month
