It reads a bit like the board doesn't have confidence in its own ability to run the company.
Paraphrasing page 2: while the outlook for Netcomm remains positive, we still recommend that you sell your shares now rather than waiting for uncertain gains that may take longer to be realised.
I thought that was the whole point of investing in securities, to earn a return, which by definition involves some risk?
