Also note from the FAQ - the number of MergeCo shares you get is 0.00643121435972925 for every CBR share you hold, rounded down to the nearest whole number.

For those with Commsec accounts, note that the FAQ mentions that Commsec cannot provide a DTC participant number, so you will need to open a new internation trading account with Westpac, Nabtrade or International Brokers (probably others also, but these are specifically mentioned).

I did IB and they've asked for Broker name, telephone number and email. They didn't accept 'call centre' and its relevant phone number and email address.
