The housing industry is a lot more complicated than groceries or accountancy. A lot of moving parts and a lot of subcontractors and external factors that can lead to margin erosion. People don't leave business' people leave managers. Some heads need to role but there arent a lot of good replacements in the market place at the moment, especially working under the governance of a public environment.
