I wouldn't be too concerned I know the Simonds family want BAA arm to join with education co so their only alternative to increasing the offer is to offer to buy BAA off SIO and they will have to pay market value for that asset, it won't go down to well with the family if BAA is taken away with a counter offer of 65c which is were the major investors have stated they would accept the offer at . Go long on this one for a while I expect dividends to be back on the cards now the offer has fallen through
