We are at 40c again, I think once the report comes out we will see the price began to rise again.

The logic behind this is that if 40c represents the base value as per SR offer you would expect the report to reflect higher value, and a longer term high because why else would someone offer a take over.

Last I heard Simonds was still looking at taking the company private however if they want to pay a premium now they will be paying on a average price of 40c plus a premium. I have a gut feeling there might be another offer in the works
