Seems another case of directors working for themselves rather than their shareholders. I've held this stock since 2015 and all it takes is year and a half's worth of dividends to equal the profit we will make on this deal. Granted, we are experiencing a decline in the property market, but this will turn around and I would far preferred to have harvested dividends for the next 10 years rather than sell out for such a paltry premium. Shoddy behaviour from the directors.
