    The people running this company are complete morons. The announcement says that the justification for approving the deal is that the offer represents a 17.8% premimum to the closing price on 14/03/19. However the whole market has gone up since then. Just look at AV Jennings (AVJ) which is a very similar company. Its share price is up 27% since 14/03/19. Avid are effectively buying the company at no premium at all.
