Bloody oath, GOR was pissing around with a 1moz prospect Attilla and was in a world of hurt following the GFC gold bull run which ended late 2012.
The SP had collapsed, GOR was then basically valued as a shell, it was all doom and gloom when Ian Murray pulled a rabbit out of the hat and pissed some $$$ on a GAIP survey.
The Survey picked up the Gruyere anomaly and the first drill hole returned a thick 70 g/m hit and after that we never missed. constant 100g/m hits every and and we delivered the MRE of 3moz spending less then $7mil in record speed.
sometimes you just get lucky.
sometimes all it takes is just 1 hit to change everything.
