if it wasn't for the GF offer, the SP for GOR would be currently be down in the dumps. GF are basically paying fill NAV for the remaining GOR ownership of the project based on the current gold price. The risk is right now is mostly to the downside for GOR holders if they still haven't sold. GF could always pull the offer.
