My pondering is why is anyone buying ICQ on market when the margin between the current unchanging SP 51.5 on market and the takeover offer 52c / 53c is so miniscule? Why bother to pay the brokerage and gain so little when there are so many other better investments? When is the takeover meant to be finalised? Will we have our money for shareholdings soon or should we sell on market now? I think perhaps the latter as there is very little gain to be held in holding now when our dollars can be used more wisely elsewhere. Are people hoping for a better offer or are there just not enough buyers for shares to be sold on market at the currently standing SP of 51.5 and no one wants to sell for less of course, that would be dumb in the face of the pending takeover.
