I hope shareholders have chance to decide when to sell,

and then, the final completion of the deal better be completed after DECEMBER 2021 (which is 1 year away from the original proposal)

so that all the shareholders and any shareholders can have CGT tax benefit by holding shares for over 1 year.

that is the basic consideration for individual shareholders!

holding shares for over 1 year really makes a big CGT difference for me

I hope they really care shareholders like me.

(do i have the legal right to freeze the deal for a certain period of time?)
