    Technically Yum does not own DTS yet, it is still dependant upon the court hearing.

    shareholders have given approval but the courts also have to approve it. In principle it is only formailties but if you read the scheme and understand how they work, ownership and controll have not passed yet.

    ownership will happen after the final trading day on the asx, control is messy because they must act in good faith of both parties so yum as influence over DTS but not controll yet
