PLA administrator should walk away from the deal now and see JLP share fall to let the JPL board sees that they only brought thin air and theoretical paper value to the table whereas PLA shareholder does brought real asset to the table.
If the administrator won't do it PLA share holder still have the last say which is vote NO to the deal.
