I was just surmising why the BOD capitulated. It seems inconsistent with their earlier announcements and recent performance.
NEA has plenty of cash in the bank and is close to profitable. I agree they perhaps should have done a NASDAQ listing like Atlassian of something like Resmed did. I am as annoyed as you about the dirty role JCap played.
