I wouldnt offer insights untl the next report due late Feb I believe. Its unusual for some shareholders to vote against the boards recommendations but perhaps they felt long term value was not recognised in the sale. The hope would be that it doesnt damage the relationship between SEK and XF1 as this is one possible engine of growth. I would note that 10M shares were sold today - a not insignificant number. So someone is buying at this price.
