@Taurean7 At the risk of sounding pathetic is there any chance that the court won't approve this scheme of arrangement if we can petition the court and present to it all the discrepancies like
1.an undervalued ier issued by an unqualified valuer.
2. a biased recommendation by a board that was breaching its duties by not acting in the best interest of the shareholders.
3. a unnecessarily prolonged process that allowed for manipulation of the market eg. the appearance of Wam.
and yet voting documentation just arrived in my letterbox a day ago.
these are just some of the things that spring to mind.
What are your thoughts.
