1. the courts have obviously already decided the valuer was appropriate, stop clutching at straws. so it wasn't undervalued.
2. the court has already decided that the board was acting appropriately, just because you think its a bad offer doesnt mean it is. they are actually acting in your best interests. stop clutching at straws.
3. again, the courts haven't had any issues with any of the process followed and approved todays scheme meeting.

im sorry if you made a loss, im sorry if the gain you made was tiny and im sorry if you made lots of money but have a whack thought process for this. but its over.
