Agreed.I dont understand PRU's actions[acquiring a 19.9%stake,denying any intention of bidding for control,and rejecting the scheme.Their intention of rejecting the scheme means with their shareholding it will fail.So what is there agenda?I dont believe PRU is a greenmailer.So could PRU pleae explain what they are doing.
