Just thinking this through a bit more. What's stopping a whole bunch of CASA employees, friends, family , investment banks friends/family becoming new shareholders and voting for deal. Very hard to trace and prove they were related parties. Only an ASIC investigation (or class action lawyer) could get access to all communication and shareholder information.
