    Over the years I did buy some of Netcomm’s retail products including routers, PoE and also procured and recommended NetComm’s M2M devices in my professional life.

    That changes today.

    Nothing about this ‘deal’, voting process and recent announcements sits well with me.

    And again there is no safety net with Government agencies or regulatory bodies (ASIC, FIRB) that protects shareholders.
