    Class action, anyone?

    BoD and management have contradicted everything that has spun out of their mouths over the last 3 years by recommending this offer.

    Only got this over the line by stacking the shareholders with investment banks trying to make a few pips out of the arbitrage and then tried to deceive the little guys by promoting their proxy adviser valuation.
