Well put Gwaihir. very much agree. if you ever chat to Tas re what happened in his appearance at the 2nd Court proceedings for the NTC approval, it would make you more despondent. System totally and absolutely stacked against the ordinary Mum and Dad individual and shareholder. We had others dealing with ASIC - they are not interested. Aust Shareholders Association - good help but you would think would have so many of these examples on their books that they would take up the cause with substance. Media? - pretty fair reporting but you would think more interest in a takeover that is unanimously supported by a Board yet has 40% shareholder disapproval. Maybe there should be an Australian Small Shareholders Association!
