    Yes, I can see that Milne has some 756,651 indirect shares..which at $1.10 = $832,316...not bad for a directorship that started in March 2012.... Over 100 grand a year!... And all for a part time roll to -boot!
    I wonder if he ever paid a red cent for them?...or was gifted them by the company.

    Did he get his director fees as well?
