Well who knows how many related parties became new shareholders in the last couple of months to tip the balance. Very easy to do. Just ask your family friends or other entities you own to buy a few shares. That's how you would get your 50% majority voters. Not saying this is what happened but certainly an investigation should be considered given the other deceptive conduct already on record i.e. the inappropriate proxy valuation.
