My anger is that shareholders who persist with a company over several or many years as it suffers ups and downs while it develops a viable ongoing business are sold down the drain for "a 30% premium" over some VWAP just when the company is about to finally deliver ongoing profits and ongoing dividends that the shareholders can use to pay the bills for a decade or two to come. That is no premium, it is a sell-out of long term investors.
