If Bayan become compelled to pay any award by the Singapore Court at Tranche 3 v White Energy WEC, they might consider reducing the present 15c bid for KRL. Every 1c reduction would save US$10.66 million. This could be another factor causing trading at a quite low 12c a share.

Tranche 3 timing [if ever] is subject to the outcome of the current determination [ WEC ability to fund project] which will not be revealed until long after the time frame of the current bid.
