Cold pellet processing could be used to upgrade the concentrate. The Zanaga Iron Ore project is looking at starting utilising this technology. Research ZIOC listed in the UK. Similar magnitite ore body and from my understanding it costs about 40M US for a 4MT/a plant. it produces a DRI pettet.
The process is cold and uses a bindibg agent. New technology but if ZIOC are seeking to use this in the Congo I am sure it could work in Geralton
