A scheme of arrangement is not an off-market bid however in the eyes on the Corporation Act they are treated equally. My thinking is COG have been poorly advised by Petra (who would of thought) and they are going to be in hot water with ASIC. They will be forced to stump up 58c or if they are lucky, they will be unable to vote their shares in any scheme announced between CGR and SCO.
