guess we fing out shortly. i always believed scotpac started this process because they didnt want cog getting hold of cml to marry with there distribution network as the combined group may have stole market share of scotpac. if my theory was correct scotpac will still launch bid and go after majority control and just wait cog out to take full control. same outcome stopping cog .
