Many small retail holders will walk away with a pleasant, tidy profit way in excess of what one could obtain via a term deposit at NAB or others, so I am certainly not complaining.

It's always a bit sad though to see companies that perform reasonably or well departing the ASX lists as I vastly prefer to see companies publicly tradeable, not privately held via union-dominated, politically correct industry superannuation funds, or amalgams of investors such as MIRA that don't give minnows like me a clear route to sell had one gone for the 'mixed consideration'.

With only 152 doing that, the vast majority of holders are wisely taking the cash.
