Let's be honest, raising capital in any jurisdiction is going to be really tough for these guys. Even if they manage to relist quickly, they will still need to disclose the pending class action. It'll raise all kinds of red flags for investors and might even lead them to ask how they spent the last $100m.

This will be a huge test of confidence in the current insto / big investors. If they have even a sceric of confidence in the management, they'd put more money in. If they don't, then you can reasonably safely assume that they've lost confidence in management.
